This venture into battery O&M is not new territory for ENcome at all. The company has been successfully managing battery projects in Australia. Simon Commons, Managing Director of ENcome in Australia, and his team played a crucial role in supporting the European team, sharing their expertise, providing valuable advice, and transferring knowledge gained from the Australian BESS projects to ensure the seamless execution of the first European battery project.
