Every working day, over 60 ENcome field engineers and technicians visit PV sites entrusted by our clients worldwide. Their primary objective is to continually maximize electricity production and preserve the long-term value of these sites while ensuring the safety of our engineers, visitors, and the plants themselves.
Zero-Tolerance HSE Policy
At ENcome, ensuring the health and safety of our employees is a top priority. It influences every decision and action we take. We adhere to the strictest standards throughout all phases of our service work, from the initial building permit and design and construction phases to operational and repowering stages of PV plants.
ENcome has been ISO-certified since 2014 and successfully passed audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards in 2020, meeting all requirements. Our ISO 45001 certification for occupational health and safety management systems provides a framework to enhance employee safety, reduce workplace risks, and create safer working conditions worldwide.
Global and Local Safety Management
We apply a high-level, standardized approach to HSE across the ENcome Group, while also adhering to individual local regulatory requirements. All ENcome entities contribute to Group HSE policies and take responsibility for specific local HSE concerns. For instance, in Australia, a dedicated HSE specialist collaborates with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, provides comprehensive training, and consults clients on HSE matters. This risk-based management approach minimizes potential harm or damage on PV sites, addressing electrical hazards, fire prevention, and manual handling practices.
A similar approach is adopted in all countries where ENcome operates, including the UK, Germany, France, and Italy. Our corporate culture encourages close collaboration and best practice sharing among team members with overarching HSE responsibilities.
EVERY WATT COUNTS - with an unwavering commitment to HSE incident prevention.
