ENcome Energy Performance on course for growth

Group of investors invests seven-figure sum in the growth of the leading independent O&M provider for photovoltaic power plants.

It currently manages over 1,000 PV plants with a capacity of over 1.6 GWp. Just recently, O&M mandates with a volume of around 200 MWp were won in Germany, the Netherlands and France. These include two large parks of Aquila Capital in Schleswig-Holstein with a volume of around 90 MWp and parks of Eni Plenitude on Corsica.

In order to secure further growth, a group of investors led by SolarKapital is now investing a seven-figure sum in the company. The funds will be used to expand the service network as well as targeted investments in technical expertise and IT systems.

"We are clearly on course for growth and have been able to attract an investor group of seasoned entrepreneurs”, says Jörg Christiansen, CEO of ENcome. "We will continue the digitalisation of our processes and the expansion of our IT systems as well as further strengthen our regional structures; this will directly benefit the investors behind the PV power plants.” Sebastian Nieding, who heads ENcome's operational business.
