"We are clearly on course for growth and have been able to attract an investor group of seasoned entrepreneurs
says Jörg Christiansen, CEO of ENcome. "We will continue the digitalisation of our processes and the expansion of our IT systems as well as further strengthen our regional structures; this will directly benefit the investors behind the PV power plants.” Sebastian Nieding, who heads ENcome's operational business. ”,
ENcome was founded around 10 years ago as a classic start-up and has grown from 10 to 150 employees during this time under the leadership of SolarKapital. The company is active in all major European solar markets and in Australia. This makes it possible to manage the PV power plants of internationally active investors from a single source.
SolarKapital, based in Frankfurt am Main, is an investment company operating exclusively in the solar industry. SolarKapital invests capital and entrepreneurial expertise in solar companies and in photovoltaic projects. The portfolio currently includes PV plants in Germany, Greece and France as well as, among others, an investment in ENcome Energy Performance GmbH.
