ENcome Energy Performance GmbH announces to have won a tender for the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of four PV power plants with a total capacity of approx. 40 MWp in Germany, owned by Luxembourg special fund Solar Infrastructure I, which is a sub-fund to FP Lux Investments S.A. SICAV-SIF. The tender was arranged by the internationally active M&A advisor and asset manager re:cap global investors ag, who is in charge of both transaction as well as asset management on behalf of the fund. The joint portfolio of re:cap and ENcome thus grows to over an 83 MWp capacity. The realization of further projects is already planned.

On the 7th and 8th November one of the most important events in the solar industry the Solar Asset Management conference took place in Milan. This year’s conference registered more than 350 participants.
The European market leader for independent photovoltaic services announces the group-wide successful implementation of its Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Within a few months the Microsoft based system was rolled out in all units and is now the sole basis for ENcomes O&M activities with a total capacity of more than one gigawatt and more than 1.000 managed plants in Europe and Australia. Together with its own software developments, ENcome achieves the complete independence of plant specific hardware and software and is setting new standards for the industry.
The strong growth of ENcome continues in the O&M business as well as in the Engineering & Advisory (E&A) segment. In the current financial year, the company will generate turnovers of more than one million euros with technical projects in Europe. Optimization of existing plants as well as advisory project for planning and construction of new plants and plant acquisitions are in demand.
ENcome announces ongoing growth in its European O&M-Business. The company discloses the signing of contracts with a total capacity of more than 150 MWp in the UK, Italy, Spain and Germany in the last three months. The growth comprises the acquisition of new customers as well as an increase of wallet share with existing customers.

On the 12th and 13th June 2017 the conference "PV Asset Management and O&M Europe 2017“took place in Hamburg. About 200 asset managers, O&M service providers, representatives of IPPs and power companies as well as industry experts discussed on future trends in asset management and Operations & Maintenance in the solar sector.
From May 31 to June 2 Europe’s largest independent operation manager was represented again with its own booth at the world’s leading exhibition for solar energy Intersolar in Munich. During numerous discussions with customers, suppliers and industry experts as well as interested visitors the company informed about the benefits of a professional Operations & Maintenance of PV power plants and further technical services.
Klagenfurt am Wörthersee (30.05.2017): ENcome now services photovoltaic power plants with a nominal capacity of approximately one Gigawatt. The leading European independent service provider has also secured Engineering projects in the triple digit Megawatt range. Especially in Australia, ENcome faces strong growth in both business segments Engineering & Advisory and Operations & Maintenance.
Klagenfurt am Wörthersee (24.05.2017): ENcome’s strong growth now continuous also outside of Europe. The company could secure Engineering orders for more than 200 MWp and has already taken over responsibility for a 12 MWp O&M contract.
ENcome keeps growing dynamically. Their European service portfolio now includes approx. 900MWp, thereof approx. 400 MWp in the UK, 250 MWp in Germany, and 100 MWp in Italy.
The development of the photovoltaics industry from a subsidized approach towards a competitive energy generation on the basis of power purchase agreements requires new thinking for the optimization of construction and operation of PV power plants.
