For the Italian & Spanish subsidiaries (Milan Office) we are looking for a
Business Development Manager
The resource will report to the Managing Director Italy & Spain and to the Head of Group Commercial Operations with cross countries responsibility on the development of the O&M, Engineering and Revamping business. The work will be based in Milan with foreseen travels in Italy and abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales
- Market intelligence activities and sales pipeline generation
- Present, promote and sell ENcome services to new prospects
- Perform cost-benefit analysis finalizing with the team budgeting, commercial proposal and customer cost/benefit analysis
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- MS Degree in Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proven experience in the PV sector (e.g. EPC/O&M contracts, LOI, Term sheet, etc.)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent team builder/motivator and team member
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Passion to achieve “impossible targets”
